Tim Waltman

Ruston Bankruptcy Attorney

A Brief Personal Message From Tim L. Waltman –

“I have been practicing law since 1997, and I have dedicated my professional career to representing individuals and married couples in bankruptcy proceedings. My bankruptcy work has always revolved around assisting my clients in choosing the right legal solution, and then being with them every step of the way. I firmly believe, and always have, in the individual worth and dignity of every person, regardless of the circumstances they may find themselves in when I meet them for the first time. My practice focuses on taking the time with each client to ensure that I have a thorough and complete understanding not only of their financial situation, but an overall understanding of their current life situation and the path they wish to embark on in the future. I believe such an approach and understanding in each case is vital to obtaining the best result. Over the twenty-plus years of my career, I have helped many hundreds of clients from all over North Louisiana resolve their financial issues in a way that best suits them, in order that they may move forward in their lives with peace of mind. I know that for many of us, taking that first step is very difficult, and I would like to emphasize that I will spend whatever time is necessary in order to make you feel comfortable with the process from beginning to end. Finally, I realize that you may not be familiar with my name unless you were referred to my office by a friend, a neighbor, another attorney or other professional. The reason, of course, is simple: I don’t do television advertisements. And I plan on keeping it that way.”
